Built around what people need to do
We start with your business and the people using the site. They might need to find a service, buy a product, sign in to a member area or make a booking. The design and the software behind it need to make those tasks easy.
We build each site around those needs, with care for how it reads, how it works on a phone and how quickly it loads. You'll work directly with Simon and see the site as it takes shape.
Keeping it up to date
For routine content changes — a new menu, photos, prices or wording — you can send us what needs updating and we'll take care of it. We usually handle these within a day or two, and will let you know if something needs more time.
If your team needs to manage products, bookings or memberships itself, we work through those requirements as part of the build.
What it costs
The build is quoted at a fixed price once we understand what you need. For a more involved site, we may start with a short, fixed-price piece of work to plan and try out the more complex parts.
For business websites needing routine hosting and maintenance, our care retainer is $150 a month. It covers hosting, security, monitoring and small fixes. Sites with memberships, transactions or other business systems may need a different level of support, which we quote with the project.
Content and design changes are quoted before we start, using a rate of $330 an hour (inc. GST). We'll make clear what is covered by your care agreement and what needs a separate quote.
When your website needs to do more
