Australian-hosted. Your data stays yours.

Your customers trusted you with their data. Off-the-shelf SaaS often parks it in a vendor's cloud on the other side of the world. It doesn't have to.

We host in Microsoft Azure, in an Australian region. The software runs in your own Azure environment, or fully managed by us — onshore either way. You own the data, you keep direct access to your database, and you can export all of it at any time. Nothing about your customers' information sits somewhere you can't reach or account for.

Why it matters

One of our clients — a telecommunications services business — had to host onshore in Australia, full stop. A generic SaaS platform in an offshore cloud was never going to meet the promise they'd made to their own customers. For a lot of Australian businesses that promise is the whole point, and a vendor's data-residency roadmap is not something to bet it on.

How we set it up

Everything is defined as infrastructure-as-code, so your environment is reproducible, documented, and never a black box. You hold the Azure tenancy and the data; we deploy and maintain the software within it. It's a clean separation: your infrastructure and your data on one side, our software and support on the other.

This isn't legal advice on the Australian Privacy Principles — but if data residency and sovereignty are part of how you keep your commitments, building onshore from the start is a great deal simpler than retrofitting it later.
