Hand-built, on purpose
No page builders, no plugins, no themes bought off a shelf. Every site is written by hand, which is why they load fast, look like your business rather than a template, and don't break when a plugin updates. Hosted properly on Microsoft Azure, with SSL, backups, and the boring things done right.
No CMS — and that's the good part
We don't hand you a content management system to wrestle with. When something needs changing — new menu, new photos, a price, a paragraph — you email us and we make the change. Usually same day or next. You run your business; the website is our job.
What it costs
We're plain about pricing because it saves everyone time. A care retainer of $150 a month keeps the site running — hosting, security, monitoring, and the small fixes that crop up are all included, not billed — and it means you can pick up the phone when something's off.
Larger content and design changes are quoted before we start, and most of them take well under an hour. We work the quote out at $330 an hour (inc. GST), so you know the number before anything happens rather than after. The build itself is quoted fixed-price once we've seen what you need.
Websites and software are different doors
A website is a fixed-scope build with a small care retainer. Custom software — replacing the systems your business runs on — is a longer partnership, and it's the main thing we do. If you're here for that, start with replacing your SaaS. Either way, the promise is the same: we build it properly, we stay on, and nothing we hand you is a black box.
